    الحَكِيم المَغربي (٤٨٦ - ٥٤٩ هـ = ١٠٩٣ - ١١٥٥ م) عبيد الله بن المظفر بن عبد الله الباهلي، أبو الحكم: أديب، عالم بالطب والهندسة والحكمة. له " ديوان شعر " جيد، يغلب عليه المجون، سماه " نهج الوضاعة لأولي الخلاعة " وذكر فيه جملة من شعراء كانوا في دمشق كطالب الصوري ونصر الهيتي وعرقلة، ورثى في أنواعا من الدواب والأثاث وخلقا من المغنين. وهو أندلسي الأصل، من أهل المرية ولد باليمن، واشتهر ببغداد، وكان طبيب المارستان في معسكر السلطان السلجوقي، حيث حلّ وخيّم. وتوفي في دمشق (٢) .
