    ابن زَيْنَب (٠٠٠ - نحو ٢٠٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو٨١٥ م) عبد الله بن محمد بن إبراهيم الهاشمي العباسي، أبو محمد، المعروف بابن زينب: أمير، من بني العباس. ولي مصر للرشيد سنة ١٨٩ هـ وعزل بعد ثمانية أشهر و ١٩ يوما، فعاد إلى بغداد، فجعله الرشيد في جملة قواده، يوجهه في المهمات، إلى أن مات (١) .

    ابن زَيْنَب (٠٠٠ - نحو ٢٠٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ٨٢٥ م) عيسى بن عبد الله بن إسماعيل، المعروف بعيسى بن زينب: من شعراء الحماسة الصغري (الوحشيات) كان من موالي بني أمية. ثم عاش ببغداد وصار صاحب مراكب المنصور، فقيل له " المراكبي " واشتهر شعره في أيام المأمون، ومنه قطعة في الوحشيات، وأخرى في الأغاني. وأمه التي ينسب إليها: " زينب " بنت بشر بن ميمون كان أبوها حاجبا للرشيد. من مواليه (١) .
