    القاضي الجَليس (٤٩٠ - ٥٦١ هـ = ١٠٩٧ - ١١٦٦ م) عبد العزيز بن الحسين بن الحباب الأغلبي السعدي التميمي الصقلي، أبو المعالي، المعروف بالقاضي الجليس: شاعر أديب، من أهل مصر. وفاته بالقاهرة. قال العماد في الخريدة: " كان أوحد[[عبد العزيز بن الحسن الحسني العلوي والخط: هو جملتا: " يحاز رسم الكشاكي " و " يؤمر بذلك " عن الدرر الفاخرة ١١٣.]] عصره في مصره، نظما ونثرا وترسلا وشعرا " ولي ديوان الإنشاء في أيام الفائز. وعرف بالجليس لمجالسته الخلفاء من بني عبيد (الفاطميين) . وكان كبير الأنف. ولهبة الله بن البدر أكثر من ألف مقطوع في وصف أنفه! (١) .
