المُسْتَظْهِر الأُمَوي (٣٩٢ - ٤١٤ هـ = ١٠٠٢ - ١٠٢٤ م) عبد الرحمن بن هشام بن عبد الجبار ابن عبد الرحمن الناصر، أبو المطرّف، المستظهر باللَّه: أحد من ولي إمارة قرطبة في أيام ضعف الدولة الأموية بالأندلس. بويع بالخلافة سنة ٤١٤ هـ وثار عليه محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن عبيد الله بن عبد الرحمن الناصر، مع طائفة من الغوغاء، فقتلوه بعد ٤٧ يوما من ولايته لم يتنظم له فيها أمر ولا تجاوزت دعوته قرطبة. قال مؤرخوه: كان عفيفا، رقيق النفس، حسن الفهم والعلم، أديبا يجيد الشعر، ختم به فضلاء أهل بيته (١) .
