    ابن حَكَم (٤٨٤ - ٥٦٧ هـ = ١٠٩١ - ١١٧٢ م) عاشر بن محمد بن عاشر بن خلف بن مرجّى بن حكم الأنصاري، أبو محمد: رأس المفتين في زمانه بالأندلس. ولد في حصن ينشتة (Iniesta) وسكن شاطبة، وولي خطة الشورى ببلنسية، ثم قلد قضاء مرسية، وحمدت سيرته. واستمر إلى انقراض الدولة اللمتونية، في آخر سنة ٥٣٩ هـ فصرف صرفا جميلا. وعاد إلى شاطبة، فدرّس بها الفقه. وألف في شرح المدونة كتابا سماه (الجامع البسيط) توفي قبل إكماله، وقد كف بصره (١) .
