سَعيد بن حَكَم (٠٠٠ - نحو ٦٨٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ١٢٨١ م) سعيد بن حكم أبو عثمان الأموي: أمير أندلسي كان من أهل طبيرة (Tavira) غربي الأندلس. وجال بها بافريقية ودخل جزيرة منورقة Minorque)) واختل أمر الموحدين بها وبغيرها، فتولى رياستها وعلا قدره. وكان بعيد الهمة، عارفا بالحديث وقرض الشعر. إلا أنه شديد القسوة مستهين بالدماء. وطالت رياسته نحو خمسين عاما. وتوفي بمنورقة (٢) .
