    زُهْدِي يَكَنْ (١٣٢٥؟ - ١٣٩٣ هـ = ١٩٠٧ - ١٩٧٣ م) زهدي من شريف يكن: قاض قانوني، متأدب. من أهل طرابلس الشام. كان رئيسا لمحكمة التمييز المدنية ودرّس القانون المدني والتشريع الإسلامي في الجامعتين اللبنانية والعربية ببيروت. وكان من أعضاء المجلس الإسلامي الأعلى. له كتب في القانون والأدب، منها (شرح مفصل لقانون الملكية العقارية والحقوق العينية غير المنقولة - ط) و (القانون الإداري - ط) و (القانون الدستوري والنظم السياسية - ط) توفيببيروت ودفن في مسقط رأسه طرابلس (١) . ابن زُهْر = عبد الملك بن زهر ٥٥٧ ابن زُهْر = محمد بن عبد الملك ٥٩٥
