    رومان بن جندب (٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠ = ٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠) رومان بن جندب بن خارجة، من جديلة طيِّئ: جدُّ جاهلي. أقام بنوه في جبلي أجأ وسلمى، المعروفين بجبلي طيِّئ، حين نزح بنو عمومتهم إلى السهول، في حرب سماها ابن حزم (حرب الفساد) في الجاهلية. ومن بني رومان: ذهل، وثعلبة. ومن أحفاده أوس بن حارثة وبنو أحمد ابن الحارث الّذي يقال إنه أول من سمي (أحمد) في العصر الجاهلي (١) . الرُّوذَباري = محمد بن أحمد ٣٢٢ الرُّوذَباري = محمد بن أحمد ٤٦٩ الروذرادري، الوزير = محمد بن الحسين ٤٨٨
