    المُجْتَهِد المُوسَوي (٠٠٠ - ١٠٠١ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٥٩٣ م) حسين بن حسن بن محمد الموسوي الكركي العاملي: فقيه إمامي. سكن قزوين زماناُ، وارتحل إلى أردبيل فكان شيخ الإسلام فيها إلى أن توفي. من تصانيفه (رفع البدعة في حل المتعة) و (النفحات الصمدية في أجوبة المسائل الأحمدية) و (النفحات القدسية في أجوبة المسائل الطبرية) و (سيادة الأشراف) و (الرسالة الطهماسية (٤) فيالإمامة، و (التبصرة) و (التذكرة) كلاهما في العقائد (١) .
