المُسْتَنْصِر الحَمُّودي (٠٠٠ - ٤٣٤ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٠٤٢ م) الحسن بن يحيى بن علي بن حمود: من خلفاء دولة بني حمود في الأندلس. كانت إقامته في سبتة، أميرا عليها من قبَل عمه إدريس بن علي، ولما مات عمه (بمالقة) بويع بسبتة سنة ٤٣١ هـ ورحل إلى مالقة، فحاصر ابن عمه (يحيى بن إدريس) فخلع هذا نفسه، فجددت بيعة الحسن وتلقب بالمستنصر. وجاءته بيعة غرناطة وجملة من بلاد الأندلس. واستمر إلى أن توفي، وقيل: مات مسموما (٢) .
