    ابن عَبْد الكَبير (٠٠٠ - ١٢٣٤ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٨١٩ م) حسن بن عبد الكبير الشريف، أبو محمد: مفتي تونس، من فقهاء المالكية. هنديّ الأصل. تولى الخطابة بجامع الزيتونة، وكانت خطبه من إنشائه، ثم ولي الفتيا سنة ١٢٣٠ هـ واستمر عليها إلى أن توفي بالطاعون. له كتب، منها (معين المفتي) في الأحكام، لم يتمه، قال النيفر: والموجود منه عظيم النفع، و (فتاوى) و (ديوان خطب) (٢) .
