    جابر جاد (١٣٢٢؟ - ١٣٩٣ هـ = ١٩٠٤ - ١٩٧٣ م) جابر جاد عبد الرحمن: الدكتور في الحقوق. مصري. ولد في بني سويف وتخرج بكلية الحقوق في القاهرة (١٩٣٤) وحصل على جائزة الدولة التقديرية في التأليف (٥٨) وأصبح عميدا لكلية الحقوق (٦٢) ومديرا لجامعة القاهرة (٦٩) وتوفي بها. له ١٧ كتابا، منها (تنازع القوانين - ط) و (القانون الدولي الخاص العربيّ - ط) أربعة أجزاء (١) .
