    الشَّهِيد الحَفْصي (٠٠٠ - ٧٠٩ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٣٠٩ م) أبو بكر بن يحيى الواثق بن محمد بن يحيى بن عبد الواحد: من ملوك الدولة الحفصية في تونس. ولي بعد أخيه المستنصر (محمد بن يحيى) بعهد منه. ووثب عليه خالد الحفصي (ابن يحيى بن إبراهيم بن يحيى ابن عبد الواحد) فأراد أبو بكر قتاله فانفض عنه جنده، فاستسلم لخالد فقتله بتونس. فلقب بالشهيد. ومدة ولايته ١٧ يوما (٢) .
