    بشْر بن عوانة (٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠ = ٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠) بشر بن عوانة العبديّ: اسم اخترعه البديع الهمذاني، لشاعر، وضع له قصة خلاصتها: أنه عرض له أسد، وهو ذاهب يبتغي مهرا لابنة عم له، فثبت للأسد، وقتله، وخاطب أختا له سماها البديع (فاطمة) بقصيدة هي أروع ما قيل في موضوعها، مطلعها: (أفاطم لو شهدت ببطن خبت، وقد لاقى الهزبر أخاك بشرا) والقصيدة في مقامات البديع (٢) .
