    إِدْريس الامراني (٠٠٠ - ١٣٤٣ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٩٢٥ م) إدريس بن عبد السلام بن محمد فتحا ابن عبد الله الامر اني: وال، من أعيان المغرب. أصله من شرفاء زاوية الامر اني بسجلماسة. ولد وتعلم في مكناس. وصاهر السلطان عبد الحفيظ، بأخته السيدة حفصة، وانتدبه عبد الحفيظ لإخماد فتن البربر، وكانوا قد خيموا بقرب فاس، فذهب إليهم مرتين، وكاد يتم الصلح بينهم وبين السلطان لولا أن يد الإفساد لعبت بهم، فأساؤوا إليه في قدومه المرة الثانية، وأعادوه جريحا، فأقام في فاس. وولي عمالة الدار البيضاء سنة ١٣٣١هـ ثم اسفعفى فأعفي سنة ١٣٣٣ واستمر مبتعدا عن الأعمال إلى أن توفي (١) .
