    ابن خفاجا (٠٠٠ - ٧٥٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٣٥٠ م) أحمد بن موسى بن خفاجا: فقيه شافعيّ، من أهل صفد (بفلسطين) نزل بإحدى قراها، فكان يفتي ويصنّف ويأكل من عمل يده في الزراعة، وأعرض عن المناصب إلى أن توفي. له (شرح التنبيه) في فقه الشافعية، عشر مجلدات، و (شرح الأربعين للنووي) في مجلد ضخم، سماه (منهاج السالكين وعمدة الطالبين - خ) في استمبول، وقطعة منه في دار الكتب و (المسائل والفوائد - خ) فتاوى. في الظاهرية بدمشق (٣) .
