ابن الدَّلَائي (٣٩٣ - ٤٧٨ هـ = ١٠٠٣ - ١٠٨٥ م) أحمد بن عمر بن أنس بن دلهاث الزُّغبى العذريّ، أبو العباس، المعروف بابن الدلائي: فاضل أندلسي، من قرية دلاية ((Dalias)) من أعمال المريّة، وإليها نسبته. ووفاته بالمرية. أقام ثماني سنوات بمكة في صباه، وأخذ عن علمائها. له كتاب (المسالك والممالك - ط) قسم منه قيل إنه من أجلّ ما صُنف في موضوعة، و (دلائل النبوة) (١) .
