أَحمد طَلْعَتْ (١٢٧٦ - ١٣٤٦ هـ = ١٨٥٩ - ١٩٢٧ م) أحمد طلعت (بك) ابن أحمد طلعت باشا: صاحب الخزانة المعروفة باسمه في دار الكتب المصرية. يوناني الأصل، كريدي، مستعرب. مولده ووفاته بالقاهرة. تولى الكتابة في ديوان الخديوي عباس حلمي، وعزل بوشاية. وبث فيه أحمد تيمور حب اقتناء الكتب، فجمع (مكتبة) حافلة، ضمت بعد وفاته إلى دار الكتب المصرية.
