أحمد الدَّاود (١٢٨٦ - ١٣٦٧ هـ = ١٨٦٩ - ١٩٤٨ م) أحمد بن داود بن سليمان بن جرجيس العاني، النقشبندي البغدادي: وزير، من مشايخ المتصوفة في العراق. عمل مدرسا في قضاء (بعقوبة) ثم واعظا في بغداد، فمديرا للاوقاف، فوزيرا في وزارة عَبْد المُحْسِن السَّعْدون الثالثة. وتوفي ببغداد. له رسائل ما زالت مخطوطة، منها (المواهب الرحمانية) في الرد على من كانوا ينبزون بالوهابية، و (تشطيرالبردة) و (تشطير لامية العجم) و (تشطير لامية ابن الوردي) (١) .
