    عِيسَى بن مَيْمُون أَبُو سَلمَة الْخَواص الوَاسِطِيّ يروي عَن السّديّ وَغَيره الْعَجَائِب روى عَنهُ أَحْمد بن سهل الْوراق لَا يجوز الِاحْتِجَاج بِهِ إِذَا انْفَرد رَوَى عَنْ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قَالَ مَنْ مَرِضَ لَيْلَةً فَقَبِلَهَا بِقَبُولِهَا وَأَدَّى الْحَقَّ الَّذِي يَلْزَمُهُ فِيهَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ عِبَادَةَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً وَمَا زَادَ فَعَلَى قَدْرِ ذَلِكَ

    ٧٠٤ - عيسى بن ميمون أبو سلمة الخواص (٢) يروي عن السدي وغيره العجائب، روى عنه أحمد بن سهيل الوراق، لا يجوز الاحتجاج به إذا انفرد. روى عن السدي، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "مَن مَرِضَ لَيلَةً فَقَبِلَهَا بِقَبُولِهَا، وَأَدَّى الحَقَّ الَّذِي يَلْزَمُهُ فِيهَا، كُتِبَ لَهُ عِبَادَةُ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً، وَمَا زَادَ فَعَلى قَدْرِ ذَلِك" (٣).

    عيسى بن ميمون أبو سلمة الخواص الواسطي حدثنا أسلم، قَالَ: ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عِيسَى بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ: ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ ظَهِيرٍ عَنِ [١٦٨] السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَرِضَ لَيْلَةً فَقَبِلَهَا بِقَبُولِهَا وَأَدَّى الْحَقَّالَّذِي يَلْزَمُهُ فِيهَا، كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عِبَادَةُ سَنَةٍ، وَمَا زَادَ فَعَلَى قَدْرِ ذَلِكَ» .
