    أبو العباس بالويه بن محمد بن بالويه البيهقيّ «٢» يوجد في الناحية- بيهق- وقف منسوب إلى بالويه، كان مولده في مزينان، وقد روى عن محمد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة. قال بالويه المزينانيّ: حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن شاذان قال أخبرنا عمر بن زرارة قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن علي بن كيسان، عن أبي مليكة، عن ابن عباس أنه قال: «كل صلاة لا يقرأ فيها فاتحة الكتاب فلا صلاة، إلا صلاة وراء الإمام» «٣» .
