    عبد الوهاب الحلبي عبد الوهاب الحلبي ابن إبراهيم بن محمود بن علي محمد بن محمد بن ممد بن الحسين الشيخ الإمام العلامة تاج الدين العرضي الأصل، الحلبي الشافعي شقيق قاضي القضاة شمس الدين تفقه على البرهان العمادي وغيره، وسمع من الزين عمر بن الشماع محدث حلب جميع ثلاثيات البخاري، وجزء أبي الحمد العلاء بن موسى بن عطية، وأجاز له وأفتى، ودرس بجامع حلب الأعظم، وأئم به، ولما دخل الوالد حلب للسلام عليه، وهو يومئذ مفتي حلب، ووصفه الشيخ في رحلته بالعالم البارع في فنون العلوم ومات بحلب في أواخر شعبان، أو أوائل رمضان سنة سبع وستين وتسعمائة. قيل: إن أهل حلب أغلقت أسواقها يوم موته رحمه الله تعالى.
