    محمود بن مصطفى بن طليان محمود بن مصطفى بن موسى بن طليان القصيري الأصل، الحلبي المولد الحنفي، المشهور بابن طليان. ولي خطابة الجامع الكبير بحلب في أوائل الدولة العثمانية، وكان فقيهاً جيداً، وكان يصدع بالحق، ولا يخاف في الله لومة لائم لكن عنده حدة، وحج في آخر عمره، ثم توفي في رمضان سنة خمس وثلاثين وتسعمائة.
