محمد بن محمد بن علي كوجك محمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن علي كوجك القاضي نظام الدين الحموي المولد، الحنفي عرف بابن الكوكاجي، وهو تحريف الكوجكي، ولد في ربيع الأول سنة سبعين وثمانمائة قرأ الكنز في فقه الحنفية، على ابن رمضانالدمشقي، وغيره ثم قلد الإمام أحمد - رضي الله تعالى عنه - وولي قضاء الحنابلة بمدينة طرابلس الشام، وناب عن القاضي نظام الدين التادفي الحنبلي بحلب، وتوفي سنة سبع وخمسين وتسعمائة.
