    ٤١٥ - ابن التِّنَّبي* الأجل، فخر الدين محمد بن محمد بن عَقيل بن سالم الدمشقي، المجوِّد. سمع من: الشيخ الموفَّق كتاب "الدعاء" للمَحَاملي سنة اثنتي عشرة، وأُخرى من "مسند الشَّافعي"، ومن عبد الجبَّار بن الحَرَستاني. وكَتَبَ على الوليِّ، وانتفع به جماعة، وكان أبوه متولِّيًا ديوان الزكاة. مات الفخر في جمادى الأولى سنة ثلاث وتسعين، فاتني الأخذُ عنه.
