    ٣٤١ - ابن مُعافى * القاضي الإمام، أبو محمد عبد القادر بن أبي الرضا بن معافى، الحَجَري الكِنْدي المالكي. نائب الحكم بالإسكندرية، وراوي "جامع أبي عيسى" عن علي بن البنّاء. كان يُلقَّب بالكَمَال، وتلا بالسَّبع على الصَّفْراوي. من أبناء التسعين، وكان يتعاسر على الطلبة، ثم أُقْعد وعَزَل نفسه ولزم بيته. سمع منه: المِزِّي وغيره، وسمع أيضًا من ابن عِماد. ويعرف بابن التَّقِي. توفي سنة ثمان وثمانين وست مئة في شوَّال.
