١٦٧ - الشَّيْخُ ضِيَاءُ الدِّيْنِ * مِنْ كِبَارِ الشَّافِعِيَّةِ. تَفَقَّهَ بِإِرْبِلَ عَلَى: الخَضِرِ بنِ عَقِيْلٍ، وَبِدِمَشْقَ عَلَى: ابْنِ أَبِي عَصْرُوْنَ. وَشَرَحَ (المُهَذَّبَ) فِي عِشْرِيْنَ مُجَلَّداً، وَشَرحَ (اللُّمَعَ) فِي الأُصُوْلِ فِي مُجَلَّدَيْنِ. وَنَاب عَنْ أَخِيْهِ فِي القَضَاءِ. مَاتَ: فِي سَنَةِ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَسِتِّ مائَةٍ. عَمُّهُ:
