١٦٤ - عَلِيُّ بنُ أَحْمَدَ بنِ مُقَاتلٍ ** يَرْوِي عَنْ: أَبِي القَاسِمِ بنِ أَبِي العَلاَءِ، فَكَانَ آخِرَ مَنْ حَدَّثَ عَنْهُ بِـ (جُزْءِ الصِّفَةِ) لابْنِ هَارُوْنَ.رَوَى عَنْهُ: ابْنُ عَسَاكِرَ وَابْنُهُ، وَالحُسَيْنُ بنُ صَصْرَى، وَزَينُ الأُمنَاءِ، وَمُكْرَمُ بنُ أَبِي الصَّقْرِ، وَآخَرُوْنَ. مَاتَ: سَنَةَ سِتِّيْنَ وَخَمْسِ مائَةٍ.
