١٣٤ - ابْنُ فَيَّاضٍ مُحَمَّدُ بنُ أَحْمَدَ بنِ عُبَيْدٍ العُثْمَانِيُّ ** المُحَدِّثُ، الزَّاهِدُ، العَابِد، أَبُو سَعِيْدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بنُ أَحْمَدَ بنِ عُبَيْدِ بنِ فَيَّاض العُثْمَانِيُّ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ.عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بنِ صَالِحٍ، وَعِيْسَى بنِ حَمَّادٍ، وَهِشَامِ بنِ عَمَّارٍ، وَخَلْق. وَعَنْهُ: ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ، وَابْن السُّنِّي، وَحَمْزَةُ الكِنَانِيّ، وَابْنُ المُقْرِئُ. قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ: لَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ. قُلْتُ: مَاتَ فِي رَبِيْعٍ الآخِرِ، سَنَةَ عَشْرٍ وَثَلاَثِ مائَةٍ.
