٢١٤ - يَزِيْدُ بنُ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ يَزِيْدَ بنِ سِنَانٍ أَبُو فَرْوَةَ الرُّهَاوِيُّ * المُحَدِّثُ، أَبُو فَرْوَة الرُّهَاوِيُّ. فسَمِعَ أَبَاهُ، وَالحَسَن بن مُوْسَى الأَشْيَب، وَطَائِفَة. رَوَى عَنْهُ: أَبُو عَرُوْبَةَ الحَرَّانِيُّ، وَجَمَاعَة. تُوُفِّيَ: سَنَةَ تِسْعٍ وَسِتِّيْنَ وَمائَتَيْنِ، فِي رَمَضَانَ، بِالرُّهَا.
