١٧ - أَحْمَدُ بنُ جَوَّاسٍ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الحَنَفِيُّ * (م، د) الكُوْفِيُّ، الثِّقَةُ.عَنْ: أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، وَابْنِ المُبَارَكِ، وَالأَشْجَعِيِّ، وَابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، وَجَرِيْرِ بنِ عَبْدِ الحَمِيْدِ، وَطَبَقَتِهِم. وَعَنْهُ: مُسْلِمٌ، وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ، وَالأَثْرَمُ، وَالحَسَنُ بنُ سُفْيَانَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بنُ صَالِحِ بنِ ذَرِيْحٍ، وَمُطَيَّنٌ. وَرَوَى ابْنُ وَارَةَ (١) ، وَأَحْسَنَ الثَّنَاءَ عَلَيْهِ. وَقَالَ مُطَيَّنٌ: ثِقَةٌ. وَتُوُفِّيَ: فِي المُحَرَّمِ، سَنَةَ ثَمَانٍ وَثَلاَثِيْنَ وَمائَتَيْنِ.
