    ٢٣٥ - سُلَيْمَانُ بنُ قَتَّةَ التَّيْمِيُّ * مَوْلاَهُم البَصْرِيُّ المُقْرِئُ، مِنْ فُحُوْلِ الشُّعَرَاءِ. عَرَضَ خَتْمَةً عَلَى: ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. وَسَمِعَ مِنْ: مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَعَمْرِو بنِ العَاصِ. وَقَرَأَ عَلَيْهِ: عَاصِمٌ الجَحْدَرِيُّ (٣) . وَحَدَّثَ عَنْهُ: مُوْسَى بنُ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، وَحُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيْلُ، وَأَبَانُ بنُ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ. وَثَّقَهُ: ابْنُ مَعِيْنٍ. وَقَتَّةُ: هِيَ أُمُّهُ.
