٩٦٢ - أبو النّدى بن الغند جانىّ النّحوىّ الأديب «١» أخذ عن أبى سعيد السّيرافىّ، وأكثر عنه، وأخذ عن مشايخ زمانه. وتصدّر ببلده لإفادة هذا الشأن. ومن أشهر تلاميذه الدالّين على فضله أبو محمد الأسود الغنّد جانىّ [١] المعروف بالأعرابىّ، صاحب التصانيف في الردّ على جماعة من العلماء في الأدب، وفي أكثرها يقول: أخبرنى أبو النّدى، فيدلّ بذلك على جلالة قدره، وشدّة غوصه وبحثه. ومن تلاميذه أيضا علىّ بن الحارث البيارىّ [٢] الأديب البليغ الفاضل، صاحب التصانيف الجليلة ك «شرح الحماسة»، وكتاب «صنعه الشعر» ... إلى غير ذلك.
