٦٣٠ - محمد بن الحسين النحوىّ اليمنىّ «٣» رحل إلى الشام وسمع، ودخل مصر واستوطنها، واستفاد وأفاد، وقرّر هو وجنادة [٢] الهروىّ بدار العلم [٣] بالقاهرة المعزّية، وصنّف كتابا فى أخبار النحاة وطبقاتهم؛لم يأت فيه بكبير أمر؛ لأنه قليل الأسماء، وقد كثّر من رواية بعضهم، وطال الكتاب بذلك. وروى عنه أبو سهل الهروىّ المؤذن بجامع عمرو بن العاص. وهو أحد الأدباء [١] هو وأبوه.
