٦٠٦ - محمد بن أبى الوفا بن أحمد القرشىّ الموصلىّ ابن أبى طاهر العدوىّ أبو عبد الله النحوىّ «١» يعرف بابن القبيصى. من أهل الموصل. والقبيصة من قرى الموصل. حافظ للقرآن المجيد، قد قرأ بالقراءات على جماعة من الشيوخ، وقرأ النحو على أبى الحرم مكىّ بن ريّان الماكسينى الضرير [١] نزيل الموصل وأديبها، ورحل إلى بغداذ، فسمع من جماعة ذلك الوقت المشايخ، كل ذلك بعد سنة ثمانين وخمسمائة، واستوطن إربل [٢] وأقرأ بها النحو بدار الحديث بها.
