٣٤ - أحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن قابوس أبو اليمن الأطرابلسىّ [١] النحوىّ اللغوىّ الأديب. حدّث بصور فى سنة ثلاث عشرة وأربعمائة. ذكره أبو طاهر الصورىّ فى جملة الشيوخ الذين أدركهم بطرابلس قال: أبو اليمن أحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن قابوس. عاصر ابن خالويه، وكان يدرس العربية واللغة، ومات بطرابلس، وخلّف ولدا شخص إلى العراق وتقدم هناك.
