٢٠ - أحمد بن حذيفة أبو الحسن النّيسابورىّ البستىّ [١] الأديب الفاضل. ذكره الحافظ ابن البيّع «٣» فى تاريخ نيسابور، وسماه: الأديب، وقال: العاقل، فى وصفه. [نادم] الأمير الماضى إسماعيل بن أحمد، وأمير المؤمنين المعتضد، وكان أمير المؤمنين يرضى عقله وينادمه. سمع بخراسان إسحق بن منصور، ومحمد بن يحيى، وبالعراق الحسن بن محمد الصباح. روى عنه أبو العباس إسماعيل بن عبد الله الميكالىّ، وأبو زكريا يحيى بن محمد العنبرىّ. توفى ببست سنة ست وثلاثمائة.
