[ميزان الاعتدال (٤/ ١١٤)]. • محمد بن ذكوان. عن أبي عُبيدة بن عبد الله بن مسعود، وأخيه، ما روى عنه سوى شعبة، كان يتجر في الأكسية، انتهى. ذكره ابن حبان في «الثقات»، ولم يذكُر عنه راوياً سوى شعبة، وقد علمت أن مشايخ شُعبة جياد.
