[ذيل ميزان الاعتدال (ص ١٦١)]. • علي بن أبي الفخار. هبة الله بن أبي منصور أبو تمام الهاشمي البغدادي الخطيب. حدث، عَن أبي زرعة المقدسي، وَابن البطي، وَغيرهما. قال ابن نقطة في تكملة الإكمال: والثناء عليه ليس بطيب.
