[المغني في الضعفاء (٢/ ٧٥)]. • علي بن أحمد الهاشمي، أبو الهيجاء. قرأت بخط الشيخ الضياء أنه ادعى سماع جزء أبي الجهم من أبي الوقت. متهم في الرواية. مات سنة تسع وستمائة. [ميزان الاعتدال (٣/ ١٢٥)]. • علي بن أحمد الهاشمي أبو الهيجاء. قرأت بخط الشيخ الضياء أنه ادعى سماع جزء أبي الجهم من أبي الوقت. متهم في الرواية. مات سنة ٦٠٩، انتهى. وقال ابن النجار: ادعى سماع أشياء وظهر تخليطه ولم يكن يفهم وكان سيء الطريقة.
