٥٠٥٩ - سفيان بن زياد عن فياض بن محمد • سفيان بن زياد. عن فياض بن محمد. روى عنه عثمان بن خرزاذ. [لا يكاد يعرف]. [ميزان الاعتدال (٢/ ١٥٩)]. • سفيان بن زياد. عن فياض بن محمد. روى عنه عثمان بن خرزاد. [لا يكاد يعرف]. أما سفيان بن زياد البصري المعروف بالرءاس عن حماد بن زيد، وَابن عُيَينة فقد عظم أبو حاتم شأنه وقال: كان أحد الحفاظ. قلت: مات بعد المئتين شابا وليس ذا شيخ ابن أبي الدنيا. انتهى. وذكره ابنُ حِبَّان في الثقات وقال: عاجله الموت قبل المئتين بدهر فلم ينتفع به وكان صديقا لقتيبة بن سعيد.
