٤٢٧٦ - ذو الفقار بن محمد بن جعفر بن معبد بن الحسن بن أحمد أبو الصمصام الحسني العلوي • ذو الفقار بن محمد بن جعفر بن معبد بن الحسن بن أحمد الحسني العلوي أبو الصمصام. ذكره ابن السمعاني في الذيل فقال: لقيته بالموصل فذكر أنه ولد سنة خمس وخمسين وأربع مِئَة بمرو وطاف بالآفاق. قال: وذكر لي أنه سمع الحديث من جماعة وحدثني عن نظام الملك وكان مسنا لقي كبار المشايخ وكان له ظاهر حسن وكلام حلو ولكني ذكرته لابن عساكر فأساء الثناء عليه وقال: قدم علينا دمشق ووعظ وأظهر الزندقة. قال أبو سعد: وذكر لي ولده أبو الفرج أنه مات سنة ست وثلاثين وخمسمائَة.
