    ٣٩٨٩ - خالد بن مهران البلخي • خالد بن مهران البلخي. عن هشام بن عروة. وعنه إبراهيم بن عبد الله. قال الخليلي في الإرشاد: كان مرجئا وضعفوه جدا. وقال ابن عَدِي في ترجمة يعقوب بن الوليد: حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن عبدة، حَدَّثَنَا إبراهيم بن عبد الله الهروي، حَدَّثَنَا يعقوب بن الوليد وخالد بن مهران المكفوف عن هشام بن عروة، عَن أبيه، عَن عائشة مرفوعا: الخراج بالضمان. قال ابن عَدِي: هذا حديث مسلم بن خالد عن هشام سرقه يعقوب هذا وخالد بن مهران وهو مجهول.
