[المغني في الضعفاء (١/ ٢٧٧)]. • حفص بن عمر بن الصباح الرقي. سنجة الف، معروف، من كبار مشيخة الطبراني. مكثر عن قبيصة وغيره. قال أبو أحمد الحاكم: حدث بغير حديث لم يتابعه عليه. [ميزان الاعتدال (١/ ٥١٩)].• حفص بن عمر بن الصباح الرقي. سنجة الف. معروف من كبار مشيخة الطبراني. مكثر عن قبيصة، وَغيره. قال أبو أحمد الحاكم: حدث بغير حديث لم يتابع عليه. انتهى. وذكره ابنُ حبان في (الثقات) وقال: ربما أخطأ. [لسان الميزان (٣/ ٢٣٦)].
