    ٢٦٥٥ - جَنْدَل بن والق بن هجرس الثعلبي • جَنْدَل بن والق بن هجرس الثعلبي، أبو علي الكوفي. سمعت أبا زُرْعَة يقول: كان جَنْدَل بن والق يحدث عن عُبَيد الله بن عمرو، عن عَبد الكريم، عن نافع، عن ابن عُمَر: «أَن النبي ﷺ رجم يهوديًّا، ويهودية، حيث بدأ حمد الله»، فكانوا يستغربون هذا الحرف، فلما قدمت الرَّقَّة كتبته عن جماعة: «حيث تحاكموا اليه»، فعلمت أنه صحف.
