    ٦٨٧١- عمرو بن سهل بن الحارث الأوسي الظّفري «١» :، أبو لبيد. أورده يحيى بن عبد الوهاب بن مندة مستدركا على جدّه، وأورد له من حديث قتادة بن النعمان أنّ بعض المنافقين اتّهمه بالدرع، فبرأه اللَّه تعالى. قال ابن الأثير: وهم فيه يحيى، فإن جميع من صنف في الصحابة وجميع من صنّف في النسب ذكروا القصة للبيد بن سليم. وقد تقدّمت في ترجمة رفاعة بن زيد على الصواب. قلت: فلعله كان يكنى أبا عمرو، فانقلب.
