١٢٠٣ - إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن جعفر بن داود بن يوسف أو سيف ابن جبلة بن الحسين بن معبد السمرقندي ثم البابكسي الواعظ • إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن جعفر بن داود بن يوسف أو سيف ابن جبلة بن الحسين بن معبد السمرقندي ثم البابكسي الواعظ. روى عن معروف بن حسان ومسعدة بن شاهين ومسعود بن بحير وقبيصة بن عقبة، وَغيرهم. روى عنه العباس بن الفضل بن يحيى ومسعود بن كامل ونصر بن الفتح، وَغيرهم. قال أبو سعد الإدريسي: يقع في أحاديثه المناكيروأرجو أن يكون من جهة مشايخه فإنه كان من الفضل والزهد بمكان لا يظن به ذلك وهو الذي بنى رباط المربعة بسمرقند ومات في رمضان سنة ٢٥٩.
