حمد بن الحسين وزير منوجهر، يكنى أبا علي، وأصله من همذان: وزر لمنوجهر بن قابوس بن وشمكير بجرجان، إلى أن قبض عليه، واستصفى ماله. ومات في اعتقاله سنة عشر وأربعمائة. وكان أديبا فاضلا كاملا بليغا، وله أشعار منها: عابوه لما التحى فقلنا ... عبتم وغبتم عن الجمال هذا غزال وهل معيب ... تولّد المسك في غزال وله: إذا ولّت الدنيا عن المرء أقبلت ... إليه مذمّات العدى والأصادق وإن هو لم يدلج إلى المال لم يزل ... على المال مقطوع العرى والعلائق تصفحت أحوال الزمان فلم أجد ... أعز وجودا من صديق موافق - ٤٣١-
