    الحسن بن محمد السهواجي أبو علي: أديب أريب، شاعر لبيب مشهور مذكور. وسهواج من قرى مصر، ومات بمصر سنة أربعمائة، فمن شعره: كرام المساعي في اكتساب محامد ... وأهدى إلى طرق المعالي من القطا وأبوابهم معمورة بعفاتهم ... وأيديهم ما تستريح من العطا وله: وقد كنت أخشى الحبّ لو كان نافعي ... من الحب أن أخشاه قبل وقوعه كما حذر الانسان من نوم عينه ... ونام ولم يشعر أوان هجوعه وله: نطقت بالضحى حمامة أيك ... فأثارت أسى وأجرت دموعا ذكرت إلفها فحنت إليه ... فبكينا من الفراق جميعا وله: قوم كرام إذا سلّوا سيوفهم ... في الرّوع لم يغمدوها في سوى المهج إذا دجا الخطب أو ضاقت مذاهبه ... وجدت عندهم ما شئت من فرج- ٣٤٧-
