منهم: حذيفة بن حسيل (¬١) بن جابر بن ربيعة بن عمرو بن جروة، الذي يقال له حذيفة بن اليمان، صاحب رسول الله ﷺ، وكان عداده في بني عبد الأشهل من الأنصار، وتوفي حذيفة - ويكنى أبا عبد الله - بالمدائن سنة ست وثلاثين، بعد مقتل عثمان بن عفان رضي الله تعالى عنه، وأمه من الأنصار، وله دار بالكوفة، وقال في الليلة التي توفي في صبيحتها: أعوذ بالله من ليلة صبيحتها تؤدي إلى النار، اللهم إنك تعلم أني لم أشرك غادرا في غدرته، فأجرني من روعات يوم القيامة.
